Shipping Policy for North America

All products ship from British Columbia

You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering followed by tracking information once it ships. We maintain an inventory in our Canadian warehouse. Lead times for out of inventory units are averaging 2-4 weeks. We will contact with the estimated delivery date, or you can contact us in advance of placing order for current lead times.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Flat rate shipping within North America is currently $550 USD.

Overland Kitchen ships globally. Contact us to arrange shipping to your location. We offer ground and air shipping to most countries. Product pricing is exclusive of all taxes, duties, import fees, and shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

Products eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and within 90 days from the purchase date. Used, scratched or damaged kitchens may not be returned.
